payment is done after accepting the sketch. i can do payment plans.you're not allowed to use my art for AI training/NFT and other evil ass stuff.

You need to read this if you want to commission me. I will not care if you're not familiar with my rules.YOU:
1. While placing an order, you automatically accept all my terms of service.
2. Don't try to convince me to draw something that is against my “yes” and “no”. Don't be a creep.
3. Answer all the questions that I will ask you related to your commission.
4. Don't leave my messages on delivered for days. Unless you have a good excuse for that.
4.2. If something happens - please let me know if that will cause you to be unavailable for a while.
4.3. If you will disapper without a word - your commission will be paused.
5. Tell me if I missed any details or if something looks off. Correcting mistakes made by me is free of charge.
6. I want to see your ID if you want to buy a NSFW/kink commission.
7. We're going to spend some time working togehter. Please be a nice person.ME:
1. I will regularly update you on the progress of drawing. You will be informed about all the things related to the queue and possible discounts.
2. I will let you know if anything changes in my rules.
3. I will not demand an extra payment without a reason.
4. I will not claim your OCs/drawings as mine. I won't publish any art/photos that you'll send me.
5. I will answer to all your questions related to my services. Don't be afraid to DM me.
6. Doing art takes time. I don't mind waiting for your response or to take a commission that may take weeks to finish.
7. I very rarely go offline for more than a day, but in case something happens - you will be informed about that.COPYRIGHT:
1. Do not claim my art as yours. My regular commissions are made for personal use.
2. You are not allowed to make any profits from my work without telling me about it. If you want to use my art for merchandise or for earning money - you will have to pay an extra fee.
3. My works cannot be used for anything related to AI and NFT.PAYMENT AND PRICING:
1. I accept commissions that are ordered on my commission sites ONLY (these are: VGen, Ko-Fi, Artistree). I'm not taking commissions from direct messages.
1.2. The only exception are people from Poland, who can pay via BLIK and people that I trust.
2. We can discuss the price, but do not try to convince me to lower it too much.
3. The price might increase if you ask me to change a lot of things in an almost finished commission.
3.2. I will notify you if something requires an extra payment.
3.3. I might apply complexity or rush fees.
4. You can order an anonymous commission, but it's more expensive than regular ones. An anonymous commission isn't shared to anyone. The only people that know about it are me and you. It won't be published on my socials.
5. If you want a refund - I will send back the amount of money that is equivalent to the amount of work that I didn't finish.
5.2. Full refunds are made only when I am not able to finish your commission.
5.3. No refunds if you will try to scam me/lie to me/break my rules.
6. I am open for payment plans for bigger commissions.
7. I can prioritize your commission, if you will pay extra for it.
8. Every returning client that has commissioned me at least once in the past gets a 5% discount.THE PROCESS:
1. You're placing an order - you need to provide all the informations that I might need before I start drawing. I might ask you additional questions.
2. Now I usually start doodling a sketch and we discuss all the elements of the image.
3. After accepting the sketch, I'll send you a payment request.
4. The work is continued. You will receive a lot of updates from me. I will often ask you if I need to change anything.
5. After a couple of days, your commission will be finalized.
6. If your commission isn't anonymous - you might see it on my socials.BLACKLIST:
1. Anyone who breaks my rules will be added to my blacklist.
2. People added to the blacklist aren't allowed to buy my commissions and adopts.
2.2. I'm not providing any services to people who use AI.OTHER INFO:
1. For non-anonymous commissions: if you want me to credit a specific profile of yours - give me a link to it.
2. Crediting me for drawing your commission is not mandatory, but as a small artist I will be really thankful if you do.
I raised my prices by $10 to make the queue shorter.
25.08: I have a lot of stuff to do in my life right now, i've been very busy recently.
I am moving out to a new place and I might get a job soon.
5.09: I almost fully moved in and I have a job !!!! I need more time to finish requested art cause I'm tired 24/7.
8.09: Changed the prices for new requests.
